Owned by Tarragon Realty Investors, 1300 Grand Avenue was one of two buildings awarded to March Associates. The project consisted of one level of parking and five levels and 118 condominium units with a raised interior courtyard. The construction consisted of piles, reinforced concrete pile caps, grade beams, a reinforced concrete parking garage, and a structural steel/ bar joist/ concrete slab structure from the second through fth oors. The façade consisted of brick, cast stone and EIFS. This was a construction management contract by March. Architect: Minno & Wasko
